Special Delivery Important Shipment All of our cigars and tobaccos are available for shipping within the state of Oregon. Please call or come in to discuss pricing and availability. We ship USPS Priority Mail for a standard flat fee of $10.00, and most shipments will arrive within 2 days. For mail orders, we can accept all major credit cards, except Mastercard, or we can take money orders received prior to shipment. Special ordering is also available! Unfortunately, due to tax issues, we do not ship tobacco outside of Oregon
